Big gay evening!

Dear Diary,

Tuesday was a big gay night! First, Raven O's show! Joey Arias and I introduced Raven and he turned it out with Ben Allison! The place was packed and the show was amazing. So proud of my mama!! Then Baby Jane and I hoofed it up to Michael Musto's Anniversary party - crazy crowded!! Then Epiphany and I ran to our sexy and fun blonde show at The Ritz. SO FUN!!!

Wed night I was a special guest at Joe's Pub for Our Hit Parade - so fun!!! Played Bulltetproof on the guitar and it was the first time I wasn't nervous. Thanks to Kenny, Bridget and the gang!!

Texas!

Howdy Diary,

Had a blast in Texas!! They sure know how to treat a Yankee lass!! It was my 3rd appearance in Guava Lamp in Houston and the best yet. A packed room and people were so fun and nice. Big shout out to James, Woody and Toddicus!! Then off to Oilcan Harry's in Austin, for the 2nd time, and again - the room was packed and I had a fantabulous time!! Ate way too much fried food!

Birthday Roast!

Dear One Year Older Diary,

Sunday night was my 18th Birthday and the whole gang turned out for an old fashioned roasting!! Michael Formika Jones MCed the event with appearances by Raven O, Joey Arias, Epiphany and Bianca del Rio who let me have for a good 20 minutes!! HYsterical! The joint was packed and people were howling. RThanks to everyone who turned out and for all the birthday wishes! Just 3 more years and I can legally drink!! yeah!

Cheng’s fashion show!!

Dearest Diary,

Yesterday I attended the fashion show of my dear friend Cheng! He's the one who made the gorgeous Sherry t-shirts for DragTease. I finally got a chance to wear this fabulous 1980's dress he made for me. The show was amazing!!! Gorgeous, sexy, smart couture. I want it all!!! Sat with dear friends Formika and Epiphany. They're still not talking Diary and it just breaks my heart. And Isaac from Wigbar rocked the hair! that's us below...

The Pill Awards and DIVAS in One Night!

Oh Diary Girl,

Sunday night was out of control! DJ David Serrano (aka Tequilla Mockingbird) came to my crib around 4pm so I could paint his face for DIVAS at Barracuda. But first we hit The Pill Awards @ Arena. Great space! Everyone was there looking fab. Had a great time chatting with people in the "dry" VIP room. lol. Then we worked our way to Barracuda with photo god Jeff Eason. Once a year, although it's been two years, we do a benefit show where the entire staff gets in drag and performs! One of the highlights of my year!! Most of the "gals" only do drag once a year, some for the first time, but they all turned it out! And we raised cute coins for AIDS Walk NY!! Congrats to the whole gang!!

NYC invades DC!

Dear Diary,

What a night!!!!!! Friday night I did 2 shows on our Nation's Capitol with DJ Drew G and a posse of NYC's hottest, craziest, kookiest club creatures: Baby Jane, D'Vina, Yuhua, Kyle, Felicity and Seth (PhDJ) and special appearance by ex-new Yorker Josh. We tore that city up. SO MUCH FUN!! The night started at JR's where I did a little show on the balcony. Then he walked over to Cobalt where Drew was already tearing the place up. It was packed, even had a line to get in. We had security detail (borrowed from Secret Service I think) escort us in. What a nice way to make a clown feel special! We danced for a bit. They had a bartender assigned to take care of us so no drama or lines getting a drink - NYC clubs take note!!!! I did the Lady CaCa show and people went nuts. It really warmed my brittle heart!! Then we closed the joint down and stumbled to McDonald's (see I do eat) and then passed out. The bus ride home Saturday morning was not pretty but worth it! Really, the most fun I've had in a long time. BIG THANKS TO DREW G, MARK RUTSTEIN, COBALT AND DC!!!

Dear Diary,

Last night was New Years Eve, the end of 2009! I can't believe it. Seems like yesterday I was in Barcelona with Shequida celebrating the Millennium! I was DJing at Indochine and the event was gorgeous! Dear friends stopped by and hung out for the count down; Erik, Joseph, Francis Legge (pictured below) and David Serrano. Joey Arias and Max were holding court at their booth but then were dancing the night away with Austin Scarlet and Jock Soto. Well done Jean Marc!
